With over 20 years’ experience launching loyalty programmes for major blue chip brands including CommBank Awards, Flying Blue, Virgin Australia, Eurostar, and Hackett, John is an expert in forming agile teams that deliver cutting-edge solutions – such as payment-linked rewards – quickly and cost effectively for Valuedynamx clients and merchants.

He has vast experience leading technical teams to deliver fully integrated client solutions using the market’s latest technologies, while also leading Valuedynamx’s internal tech strategy and aligning teams on future architecture and the long-term vision for Valuedynamx technology.

John also managed Valuedynamx’s impressive transition to cloud-based hosting, providing clients with scalable architecture, enhanced levels of security compliance, additional support coverage, and higher levels of uptime. He has extensive experience implementing governance programs to ensure technical teams comply with Collinson security policies and appropriate industry standards, including PCI and ISO27001.
