Carmen first joined Collinson as a Client Relationship Manager with responsibility for leading European partnerships. She has since taken over the management of the delivery of customer success, helping us optimize the performance of our products and services and ensuring our clients make the most of what Valuedynamx has to offer.

Carmen has extensive experience in loyalty and travel tech having spent a significant part of her career abroad working in product and pre-sales related functions.
